ASCENSION PROJECT

The Ascension Project is an effort to capture the different drives behind athletes who venture into the backcountry in film form. Some become fixated on one ultimate goal, some have no ultimate goal and are constantly looking for the next. Many of the motivations cannot be expressed in words, and this film attempts to capture their reasons by virtually taking the audience to these remote places alongside these athletes.
